Welcome to Our Ticket System

This is where you'll handle all your service tickets.

Submitting a ticket

Once you have read our "Equipment Service Guide", you're ready to submit a ticket with us!

If you're shipping in your dive equipment, you can either create an account or "Open a New Ticket" as a guest account. Either way, you'll be able to track your ticket status by logging in or via ticket number and email address. Most users submit 1 ticket with all of their equipment listed.

Once you submit a ticket, the "Thank You" page will give you a ticket number to use as a reference. Please save this ticket number as you'll need to include it in your package and will use it to check the status of your ticket.

Dive Centers

You must be set up and have an account with us to receive dive center pricing. If you are not approved before submitting a ticket, you will be charged a full retail rate.

Each ticket will have it's own invoice associated with it. So if you need us to separate different customer's invoices, please create different tickets for each customer. You can note customer's name or use a number to separate out each ticket. A lot of our dive centers that send in a higher quantity do create accounts so that they can easily view their open tickets on a dashboard.
