Every service request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track your service status online.

Complete and submit the new ticket request and we will immediately send you by return email a service ticket number. Please put that number on the box you are shipping to us. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your service requests. You can access this history on-line anytime just by logging into your support system account with us and clicking on the "my tickets" link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Current normal-turnaround time: Due to a continued increase in volume, we are currently working on a 4-5 week turnaround. We are also currently not accepting expedite requests.
A valid email address is required to submit a service ticket.
