Every service request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track your service status online.
Complete and submit a new ticket request and the system will email you a confirmation with a ticket number. Please put that number on the box you are shipping to us. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your service requests. You can access this history on-line anytime just by logging into your support system account with us and clicking on the "my tickets" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
