What kind of service warranty does AirTech offer?

The equipment we service for you should stay in tune and be dependable for a reasonable period of time, depending on how much you dive and how well you maintain your equipment. And we will back you up if this fails to happen.

What is reasonable?

Here’s a reasonable parameter: most manufacturers recommend annual equipment servicing for the average diver (100 dives or less annually, with intelligent maintenance and care between dives).

So AirTech goes with that – if you dive 100 times or less annually and you rinse and store your scuba equipment intelligently, then you should have no problems with any of the equipment we service for you during the entire 1-year service cycle.

If you do, we will repair it for you absolutely free of charge, including any shipping costs. Further, if you have to pay additional and unexpected charges for rental equipment because of this failure, we will pick up those charges. The only thing we ask is that you allow us to inspect the equipment, even if you had it serviced or repaired. We will pay shipping for this.
